EXCLUSIVE:DETAILS OF HOW FRIENDS ENCOURAGED LEKAN SHONDE ,ALLEDGED WIFE KILLER TO TURN HIMSELF IN

Mr Lekan Shonde,alleged to have murdered his wife in Lagos this afternoon turned in himself to the Lagos State Command of the Police .Accompanied by some friends and a popular blogger Chris Kehinde Nwandu (CKN) ,the father of two who looked tired and worn out decided to turn himself in after the intervention of some of his friends and relations.

The need for him to turn himself in started immediately the news of the incident happened.

Some of his friends tried all they could to make him see reason to do that and explain his own side of the story.

That persuasion was successful today as he was made to come out of hiding to a hotel somewhere in GRA Ikeja.Lagos

The police outfit RRS Commander , Tunji Disu was alerted and he sent some of his men to pick him up.He handed over himself at about 11.40am

He was then driven to the RRS office at Lagos State Secretariat, Alausa,where he had a chat with the Commander at about 12.35pm

After that, he was driven with his friends to the office of the State Commissioner of Police,who after briefing handed him over to the Homicide unit at Panti for investigation at exactly 2.58pm

Emotion laden Lekan had a one on one EXCLUSIVE CHAT WITH CKN NEWS on what happened and how he came to find out the death of his wife of about eight years.He was crying throughout his chat with CKN

He spoke about the alleged illicit and amorous relationship between his late wife and her boss and all he has done to sustain the marriage. ..
