Nollywood actress, Nkiru Sylvanus who celebrated her birthday today has revealed that she received about $5 less than N2,000 (Two thousand naira) for her first movie role.
The Osisioma, Aba born diva attended Ohabiam Primary School and Ohabiam Secondary School in Aba.
She proceeded to studying at the Enugu State University of Science and Technology where she specialized in Mass Communication.
In 2000 Nkiru became famous for the role in the movie “Cry For Help”.
The actress usually did her best playing emotional heroines and soon after Nkiru got into the list of Nollywood films, such as “Secret Pain”, “No More Love”, ” Life Bullet”, “Final Tussle”, “Divided Heart” and “Divided Attention”.
Though not from Imo State,Nkiru Sylvanus is a Special Assistant to the Owelle Rochas Okorocha, Governor of Imo State.
